At Beyond Valor Counseling and Coaching, we believe strength is built through courage — and healing is the foundation of growth. Our mission is simple: Healing with Courage. Building Strength.
We are a veteran-owned, Missouri-based organization providing professional counseling, coaching, and consulting services to individuals, families, veterans, first responders, and professionals navigating life’s most demanding seasons. We understand high-stress environments, identity transitions, leadership pressure, trauma, and the weight of responsibility — because we have lived it.
Our clinical services are led by Tish, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), delivering ethical, evidence-based therapy rooted in compassion, accountability, and measurable progress. We provide trauma-informed care for individuals and couples seeking clarity, healing, and emotional resilience.
Our coaching and consulting division is led by Stephen, a retired Army Chief Warrant Officer and senior investigative leader, offering non-clinical life coaching, leadership development, and strategic consulting. We help clients improve performance, strengthen mindset, and lead with confidence and integrity.
Beyond Valor was built on the belief that courage is not the absence of struggle — it is the decision to move forward despite it. Whether you are rebuilding after hardship, stepping into new leadership, or seeking direction and purpose, we stand ready to walk beside you.
At Beyond Valor, we don’t just help people recover — we help them rise.

At Beyond Valor Counseling and Coaching, we are dedicated to enhancing mental health and wellness. Our veteran-owned organization offers trauma-informed counseling and coaching services in Missouri, focusing on resilience, clarity, and leadership strength.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
